Students may submit a written appeal of their suspension to the Academic Standards Exception Committee if mitigating circumstances affected their academic performance. Appeals must be filed with the office of Financial Aid at least one week before classes begin. After serving a one-year suspension, students may reapply for admission through the Academic Standards Exception Committee. Readmission is not automatic and will be determined based on the individual merits of each case.
