PCCUA has transfer agreements with many four-year colleges across the state. Representatives are continually updating existing articulation agreements and negotiating new agreements. These agreements outline how courses completed at PCCUA apply toward bachelor’s degree requirements at partner institutions, ensuring that students receive maximum credit for their coursework
Act 747 is an Arkansas law designed to make it easier for students to transfer between Arkansas public colleges and universities. Students who complete an approved transfer degree and the required state minimum general education core can transfer those credits to an Arkansas public four-year institution without losing applicable credits or being required to repeat lower-level general education courses.
The purpose of Act 747 is to provide a clear and consistent transfer pathway, reduce unnecessary or duplicate coursework, and help students apply completed college credits toward a bachelor’s degree.
