In accordance with the Drug-Free Schools and Campus Regulations, PCCUA prohibits possession, sale, distribution, and/ or use of illicit drugs, marijuana (even for medicinal use), or alcohol on campus or at college-sponsored activities off campus. Violation(s) of this policy will result in appropriate discipline including warning, probation, suspension, or expulsion.
The College will implement requirements of the Drug-Free Schools and Campus Regulations to inform students of the health risks associated with the use of illicit drugs and the abuse of alcohol. The Vice Chancellor for Student Services and Campus Life shall provide confidential referral to agencies in the community offering rehabilitation therapy and counseling for students suffering from drug or alcohol abuse.
