Email Account

Students may access their PCCUA email account using the following steps:

  • Click on the My RidgeNet link located on the PCCUA home page (
  • Enter your PCCUA student email address (first initial + last name + last four digits of your student ID number +
  • Enter your password (your date of birth MMDDYYYY) then click “Log In”.
  • All individuals are required to engage in one additional step (multi-factor authentication) beyond the normal login process to access campus resources and the campus network. Individuals are required to register a second approved device. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a multi-step account login process that requires users to enter more information than just a password. For example, along with the password, users might be asked to enter a code sent to their email or phone.
  • Click on the “Email” icon.
  • PCCUA uses a Multi-factor authentication process.
