Financial Need

Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA) offers a variety of federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs for students who demonstrate financial need and maintain satisfactory academic progress as defined by the College.

To apply for financial aid, students should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at studentaid.gov, which is the fastest and most efficient method of application. Within two to three weeks of submitting the FAFSA and all required documentation, students may log into their Workday accounts to review their financial aid status.

First-time PCCUA students who qualify for federal financial aid must submit an official high school transcript or GED, all official college transcripts, and a completed Financial Aid Student Data Form, which is available on all PCCUA campuses. To be considered full-time for federal financial aid purposes, students must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours.
