MLS 135: Immunology & Immunohematology

Theory of the immune process, antigen-antibody reactions and their application to diagnostic procedures. Blood banking theory to include ABO & RH systems, crossmatching, antibody detection and identiļ¬cation, processing of blood donors. Supervised practice in student lab designed to develop skills and technical abilities.
