Welcome to Phillips Community College. 

Phillips Community College utilizes Workday for key academic activities, such as course schedules, academic advising, financial aid, tuition and fee payments, and more. As a new student, there are onboarding tasks you need to complete in Workday. Once you have activated your institution email and set your password, you are ready to log into Workday.

Setting password and logging into MyRidgenet: Navigate to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/passwordreset#!/ in a web browser. Enter your PCCUA email address and click next. Select ‘I forgot my password’ and click next. Choose to text/call your mobile phone or email your alternate email and click next. Verify your mobile phone or email and choose a new password. You are now logged in and can access MyRidgenet by navigating to myapps.microsoft.com.

Logging into Workday: Navigate to myapps.microsoft.com in a web browser. Log in with your PCCUA email and password when prompted. You may be prompted to authenticate using an authenticator app or a secure code. A dashboard with multiple apps will display. Locate the blue app titled ‘Workday SSO – Production’ and select it. You are now logged into Workday! Once logged into Workday, the onboarding items you need to complete will display on the home page in the “Awaiting Your Action” section.
