Suspension of Students

If the probationary status is not removed during the advisor-directed semester (or block of 10 semester hours for part-time students), the student will be suspended for one regular semester (excluding the summer session). However, any student on probation who earns a GPA of 2.5 or higher for 12 or more credit hours during that semester will be allowed to enroll for the following semester, even if the cumulative GPA does not meet the minimum requirements set forth.

After being suspended for one semester and upon readmission, the student must meet the required GPA standards or be suspended from the College for one academic year.
