Under Public Law 815, vocational rehabilitation training is available to veterans who have incurred a service-connected disability while serving in the Armed Forces. Eligible veterans may receive payment for tuition, fees, and subsistence allowances through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Program.
