This is a laboratory course in general biology covering the general use of the microscope, cell organization, physical and chemical bases of life, cell reproduction, plant tissue structures, and lower animal tissue structures. This course is offered only to students who have three credit hours of lecture in General Biology, BY 113, or its equivalence.
